After fresh install, login won't work

I just re-installed P99 with a fresh EQ Titanium Install. I went through the process of replacing the files and deleting the few they tell you to delete. I go to login and my credentials aren't right.

I go to the forums and reset the password for the username just be sure. Not even that helps! Not sure what else to do...I can create new accounts no problem...

Same deal for me. Just followed all steps to install and create both p99 forum account as well as login server account. Using login server account in game and its saying "DB Error - invalid password".
