chicken katsu curry, pan con bistec, hard tacos, colombian arepas, a burger with a fried egg on it, beef bulgogi, bratwurst with sauerkraut and mustard on a pretzel bun, churrasco with cilantro lime rice and black beans

I got huuuuuge compliments on my biscuits and gravy from scratch this morning.

Was a trip down memory lane from basic for me where I had them the first time. I think I channeled from them. They where pretty spot on.

This is my favourite dish nowadays, it's called "paella". Currently I am renting villa in Catalonia https://tranio.com/rent/spain/adt/1588249/ and eat this dish in local restaurants almost every day. What I like about it is that it is always different because they put different ingredients. One day it is with fish, another with meat or even vegetarian.
