Revert is when the pivot occurs while both trucks are on the groun, whether that be a 180 with the board, or a sex change in the event of a neutral board rotation. It was just a disco flip with a pivot out. Or no, wait, yeah definitely power slid that out, revert it is.

I dunno, I remember my boy doing inward heelflips (hardflip, but with heelflip instead of kickflip) while doing a 180 in the opposite direction though (backside). I believe that trick is considerably harder than what was showcased here. Used to sport a pair of Koston's shoes though, so there's that.

Guess the kids these days have the terms flipped though. They call it a varial heelflip when the rotation of the board is frontside (front of the board rotates behind the front foot) and an inward heelflip when the rotation of the board is backside (front of the board rotates in front of the front foot).

Anyhow, smash out a frontside varial heelflip while body varialing backside, and you'll see wassup.

Never owned a pair of Kostons, don't think Nike was too popular then with skateshoes but I might be forgetting. Alien workshop is the only skateboard producer I remember out of all my boards. Blazer skateshop.

Rodney's a very interesting man. He's very bright.. His father never let him skate.. Rodney grew up with pigeon toe issues. He wore special shoes to correct it. And the most awesome thing about him, was he had some leg/hip issues that affected his regular skating stance. He then began skating switch. That is something to amaze at... I can't imagine having gone pro skating 1 way, and then completely changing stance. It would be like starting over again, with a handicap.
