If you look at the first house he shows (Rosen) you'll also see that it was built in 1746. I'm not sure rather the Rosens were given a home on Xmas 2009 or that it was paid off for them in 2009 (probably by George Soros or President Blackenstein). You can't learn anything from the assessor's site about ownership or liens unless they link to the actual recorded docs. If you want to know if there is a lien on a property you pay a local title company a few bucks and get an O&E report which will show show you how much is owed to any lenders.
