Down for me also. When I tried to run it, it asked for a license number and then nothing.

Is there a WinEQ2 alternative? Having it rely on a connection to an authentication server to run is kind of a big downside, especially when the server is down.

just launch titanium without using WinEQ for now

you should have a file called "launch titanium.bat"
if not just open cmd, navigate to EQ folder and type "start eqgame patchme"
