I can log in and play but there is no ground or character textures. I see some "special" bits like torch fire but no lighting. Gamma is all the way up. Running as admin. I reinstalled dx9c but that didn't help. This is on a new Win10 x64 home install. I also tried the HD texture pack but that didn't help... This P99 folder used to work, so really that shouldn't have changed anything, but I ran out of ideas.
