*Note, didn't actually test this here; I am assuming it doesn't work. Please ignore/resolve if this is actually a thing.

Second issue with Raster, probably unfixable: "Minotaur Horn: Found on the Mino's here, and on Mino's in the Gorge and Steamfont, this can be given to Raster to stop him duel wielding."

"Unfortunately this is true. VI made it so we can no longer give items to NPCs other then Quest Items. I used to work on Disarm this way : Disarm the mob, FD, and give the weapon back, rinse and repeat. They nerfed it now... Also used the Minotaur Horn trick. This guy was much easier when he wasn't dual wielding."

Nice find, and would be a nice balancing factor (not that p1999 is about balance) against enchanters.

A similar (opposite?) bug is that mobs and pets should be able to equip a two handed weapon and still duel wield. In my experience pets don't equip 2handers once they can dw.
