Inspect Bug

Whenever I inspect someone, I cannot tell what items they have. Is there a way to turn this on, or is this intended? I used to be able to mouse over items other people had and it would show me their items. I appreciate any feedback.

Restart your PC and they’ll come back. It forces an uptime counter to reset which bugs out the tooltip overlays in the client.
