Black Screen

I have worked through the FAQ and I am using Win EQ 2.15 Lite. When I lunch the game I get a black screen that does not change with Alt+Enter. I am running Win10 in Comparability Mode XP s2

Stupid question: why are you using Win EQ? You should be able to run windowed EQ just fine without it, using only the Titanium Client.
