For example: any wizard or necro NPC... if you are waiting at their spawn point, and mez them as soon as they spawn, their casting will be interrupted. The bug is that you never see "NPC_01 begins to cast a spell." So it would appear they are actually beginning the cast before they spawn. Can be reproduced over and over.
