2h for dps warriors

Generally speaking, if I'm not tanking, I should try to equip some dps weapons. If I want to max my dps output using 2handers, should I try to obtain the best ratio 2handers??

Say among the 2handers that drop in ToV, which one should I aim for?

Facesmasher for the AC/stats?
Rocksmasher for the haste/stats?
Gaudralek Sword of SKy for the proc and stats?
Meljeldin, Bane of Giants for the best ratio (but weak stats and no proc)?
Twisted Steel Bastard Sword for the highest DMG (53)?

Don't worry about dps, you'll take aggro since you can't evade.

Instead get useful dps items like willsapper or the silver skin whip.

This is only true if in a group and even then rarely so if theres a monk or rogue going HAM. If you equip a Willsapper youll def pull aggro tho so ignore that and get a Guaralek over all

Switch to Twisted Steel when you go berserk and crip for 1k.

Rocksmasher is great if you don't already have 41% haste. 35ac, 25 stam, 100hp = niice

Guardralek proc is 179DD so only 179 threat since DD procs are 1 threat per base unit of damage. It's not that much, Meljeldin has better ratio but lacks 100hp 50ac stats... And there is something about ac in weapons that let's you go beyond ac cap, or so Naethyn has said. Basically it's the Cadillac of 2handers for stats ratio and fashion. But Meljidin and twisted steel bastard sword are solid. Really all you've listed are great but get a Gaudralek...

Gaudralek proc is also a 0.0sec stun which means 400 hate + 179dd = 579 hate per proc (the stun hate portion scales based on the hp of the mob, actually). It's a taunting weapon.

Use twisted steel or another non-proccing weapon if you don't want to draw attention to yourself.

You don't attack raid content unless you want aggro. You're useless if the tank goes down or loses aggro and you die because you were next in line.

you're assuming the original poster is tanking a dragon. For all you know he's just hanging out in hot or in a group or doing six necks in which case the tank rarely dies and if there are two tanks one should be doing as much DPS as possible without pulling aggro off of the main tank.
