eqgame.exe has encountered a problem...

So, I did a clean Titanium install and followed the instructions meticulously (twice). This is on an old HP SFF running XP. When I try to launch, before anything else, I get a popup saying: “eqgame.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience.” This is using the Launch Titanium icon, I haven’t patched anything from live.

Have searched the forums for this one, thought it would be common, but cannot find it.

Thoughts?

Have you tried running in administrator mode? Haven't used Windows in awhile, but I think there's an option if you right click on it.

Got it fixed, apparently the eqclient.ini file for my Titanium installed with virtually no lines of code... had about 12 lines and then the rest was empty. Loaded up the proper eqclient.ini and everything works fine.

Now, next question: Velious UI option? The link on the Getting Started page in the forums, for the Velious UI, is broken. Anyone have a good place I can get those Velious UI files so I can play with the Velious interface?

Ok, I noticed the Velious UI is the default, so ignore that last question. I'm all set!

(Now I'm going to try to figure out how I got those original spell icons back into the game, I know there used to be a way to do it)
