seeking player_ui / show off your ui

I'm looking for this player_ui my bestfriend who got me into EQ gave me. i would ask him for it but he passed away a few years ago.
its just like my current player_ui except cut in half and the stats/resist is turned into a second tab.

I am almost certain that you would be able to find that at eqinterface.com under downloads>interface pieces>player window.

eqinterface UIs may not work as most are updated to current EQ, which has way more XML changes than our server.

You may be able to find a Titanium combatible one tho, not sure.

A bunch of them still work, a lot of trial and error though. 51 This is the one I use, i can send it to you if you would like. Not exactly the same, but not too far off.

Are there any mods for the client to do specific things like grouping bags? Far be it from me to tout the virtues of wow, but I did like the way you could modify individual aspects of the ui without changing everything..

Didn't know you all that well, but I played ioke on mayong (tranquility -> MT -> whatever) until I quit and sayoc/alorian/cowboi/other friends just turned my character into a box. Small world.

Edit: Also, I seem to remember Hobben having a UI that I liked back in the day.. I'm just using the velious era UI atm. Anyone remember the one I'm talking about?

not sure just what you mean, Hasbin, by "specific things like grouping bags", and it's been quite a few years since i've played wow, but i do modify my ui without changing everything. i have kind of a hybrid thing, some default windows, and some stuff pulled from eqinterface that i found useful (player, group, hotkey, buff, song, spellgem).

You can change the .xml file and it will adjust the layout while keeping the same aesthetics as the rest of your ui. My inventory file is from the velious ui.

yeah I used vert on live and was looking for an emu/p99 version... love that ui

@guinea: lol i always thought eq w/ shadows on looked a lot like cell shaded graphics too, that artstyle would go great w/ eq

Nothing crazy with mine. Standard UI with player window added(ty grindle). Keep in mind this interface is designed for a 32 inch TV that i use as my monitor so everything is intentionally enlarged and simplified. Also the spells are there. When you put them on hot bars and turn up the fade they disappear. No worries everything is bound....to a 360 controller :p

I'm on a sk and this definitely is not working for me. I love it though and want to use it.

Well send me a tell in game and I'll try and walk you through it. You need to make sure you allow the UI to rearrange your windows. and then you rearrange the windows by resizing them, no other way to move windows.
