19 Monk - Silver Chitin Handwraps?

I am closing in on 1kpp with my 19 monk and was wondering if Silver Chitin Hand Wraps (https://wiki.project1999.com/Silver_Chitin_Hand_Wraps) are worth it. I will try to get a Mangelo up. My gear is okay. I cannot get under the weight restriction yet though.

I was wondering if the hand wraps should be my next purchase or shoot for gear that is lower in weight.

Assuming you already got a half decent weapon I'd say so. You'll be able to get on without them but it will be slower.

Yes, a haste item is a must and SCHW are definitely worth it for the cheap price.
