Returning player, curious about makin the cash

I'm returning from a few years off. So I'm basically new in a sense that velious wasn't around when I left. I have a 52 mage and I was curious what's a simple way to make some plat, like not specific camp item farming, more like mobs to kill that drop frequent things. When I left the seafuries were the thing to do but I heard the loot got nerfed? Right now I'm just dropping west freeport guards(i'm a darkelf) and selling their swords. Anything similar but better?

A lot of mid-level goblins drop FS weapons, and ore that can range from 5-50p each.

Goblins in SolA, Permafrost, HHK, for example.

You can raise up a porter, but as a Wizard porter, I suggest going druid for it. Its not that druid ports are all that much better, in fact I feel they aren't as a whole, its just druids are more common, and its what the general public knows. As a wizard you will always be expected to run to a druid ring for the outgoing port, and nobody knows where the wizard spires are, what level you have what ports, and you will always be asked to port people to zones you don't actually have ports to... and that seems to be the case for new players to the most experienced and elite raid guilds on the server ;p

If its a porter just make it a druid.

But don't port for cash anyway do cool stuff for cash ;D

Level to 60, raid...join a guild and with guildies do places like Howling Stones and Sebilis. The best groups are pals <3
