Windows 10 install issues

I have played before and have a vasectomy coming up (pronounced 3 days of not being able to be active)

I tried to install on my new computer with windows 10 and have only been able to get to error sp-01 spell files out of date

List of things I have tried:
Normal install and patch, fail
Disable firewall and antivirus, fail
Reinstalled with firewall and antivirus disabled, failed
Downloaded different torrent of eq and repeated all steps, failed

Any ideas?

I’ve done this numerous times like this:

1) Install with Titanium install NOT to default directory, choose C:\EQ-P99
2) DO NOT LAUNCH/PATCH
3) Extract P99 zip files into directory, deleted files listed in instructions.
4) Lauch game with provided BAT file (believe its called launch titanium) or similar.

Found the issue. uTorrent was messing something up. Unistalled uTorrent and reinstalled p1999 and good to go
