Any quest is complet-able at lvl 1, given you can access the zone. YOu can't equip epics till 46, and click lvl might be diff too.

Yeah rogue epic works. Although you need a 50+ rogue to spawn stanos in HHP, thats the only drawback.

I thought rogue epic also says required 46 on it. I know a guildie just got his and it says that, maybe it didn’t before?

You need to be 46 to equip any epic, but you can complete the quest at any level.

As others have said you can complete epics before 46 for the most part but you cant equip them until 46. You cant click or proc any epic until 50 but worn effects do work at 46 (swiftwind, ragebringer etc).

I want to say that one of the ranger swords isn't doable until 50, as much like spawning stanos requires lvl 50, the ranger in BW also won't talk to you until 50. I could be wrong on this tho

I know on Live there were supposed to be epic quest NPC's that wouldn't talk to you until you were a certain level but I'm not sure it was actually put in. I was always plus 50 when I started the epics if I don't count some of the early stuff you can do on the monk quest.

Telin or whatever in BW won't speak to you and give you the quest item until 50 but you can have someone else do that and then MQ the item in the next step. Did that on my Ranger at like 20 to do his epics.

Then maybe its level 46. Definitely have to get help on the 1st step if you're doing the quest at low levels.

When I came back to the game after they had made the epic changes my rogue still had the ragebringer equiped but would always miss with it when attacking.

As of 2016, I completed the Shaman epic on Live at level 37. And yes, I could and do equip it.
I did the Warrior epic twice at level 1 around 2008-2009
So unless you know the p99 devs have gone in and changed things, probably a lot of them can be done before the numbers everyone always seems to think they can only be done at, which is usually 46 and 50.
But procs and worn effects will have a level tag on them, and those don't work until then.

With the next patch, all epics will have a level 46 requirement.
There is inconsistent research regarding which epics required level requirements to obtain. Several couldn't be completed until 46 or higher due to level checks on quests or certain steps involving planar zones. It has been noted by the original developers that epic items were intended only for those of higher levels. Additionally, we feel that acquiring an epic weapon should only be possible when a player has become powerful enough to cross interplanar portals. Therefore, we are adding a level requirement of 46 to equip all epic items.

Correct and can confirm - I did my ranger epic here years ago at level 1 or so.
We're so against anything and everything Luclin on this server, yet we somehow adopted one of the worst aspects - Required levels.

Yeah it wasn't that cool for every rogue twink to have a level 1 ragebringer tbh

Yes, it was. What wasn't cool was being a level 1 rogue without a Ragebringer.
