Returning to P1999

Hey everyone,

I've been afk for about 5 or 6 years and I was thinking of jumping back into the game. Is there any chance that my old character is still available somewhere? I recovered the password for this forum account but that's as far as I've gotten. Figured I would ask here before reinstalling the game client and going through the setup just so I would know what to expect.

Really glad to see that the project is still going strong. This is my favorite virtual world and I never played original EQ past Kunark so I'm curious to check out Velious.

Bumping in case anyone who sees this might be able to point me in the right direction as to who might be able to handle login account recovery. Thanks to anyone who can help.

There's no account recovery.

If you forgot your login, you're out of luck unfortunately.

They don't wipe characters, so unless you've eaten a ban (or loaned your account info to someone who ate a ban), they should still be there if you can remember your login.
