Yeah, Wespon Shield gives us 18 seconds longer to get a /loc we can send someone for a CR

Is it really 18 seconds in game?
There are bug threads that include the 15s change to 18s for weapon shield.
If you can verify it's 18s on P99 that'd go a long ways.

I dunno man... I used to speedbump for mobs back in the day on Live in Velious and I distinctly remember it being 3 server ticks of 6 seconds. Maybe it was actually 15 and it depended where you were at in the current server tick when you activated it and we just never knew that just like we didn't know about the hybrid xp penalty back in the day until it was explained by Verant/SOE at some point.

nononono Before velious it was 15s,. post velious certain patch. it's 18s.
I want to know if P99 has accurate timeline discipline timers or if it's still "a bug" and rangers only get 15s.
