EQ emu email verifications

A RL friend of me is trying to make a login account to play in our server, and he cant because in eqemu forums he never gets the email verification to make the account. Can anyone help with this please? I think some others are having the same problem.

I'd say listing which e-mail provider said friend uses would probably be helpful.
