I'm looking to toy around with the zone files (s3d) a bit, but I haven't found anything that will allow me to open them. Granted, I'm not a 3D modeler or anything like that, but I am a bit of a programmer. Any suggestions on how I could open them up in something like Blender or even Unity?

There use to be. Look hard, because I remember being able to load the levels in several 3rd party programs directly.

I'd been looking for a while now and finally resorted to asking here. Thanks for the suggestions! I'll check them out :).

Ahh, now I remember 3DSSpy. Turns out I downloaded it 2 years ago but my antivirus kept flagging the exe as a trojan virus and won't let me open it. Is there really a virus in it, and if not, is there a way to get past this? It is just my Windows Defender flagging it.

EQGExport stopped working for me, which is weird because I used to run it in Windows 10 all the time - perhaps there are some runtime dependencies I need to install?

I got EQGExport and EQ-Zip working and I can poke through the BMP files and such (which is more fun than I thought it would be :) ). But is there a way to open these S3D files as 3D models in a program such as Blender?
