Ive noticed it said a few times, but is it just another emulated server? Same people as P99?? Thanks :)

It's a pvp server, same as red...just run by different people.

Subtle differences include being able to 2-box, less third party program detection etc

Basically where all of red99 went besides the pure pve'ers.

Positives:
-Fresh new PvP server.
-Slight different ruleset for the better (kinda what the players on r99 wanted all along)
-More GM activity.

Negatives:
-Same old red99 crazies.
-Less refined game, pathing is pretty bad, mobs fall thru floors all the time.
