Hi all! Returning after a few years. I hadn't heard of this server, or I'd have come back much sooner. Looks like a tight community and I'm looking forward to playing with y'all. Mostly soloing with a druid till I get my legs back under me.

I'm trying to remember how to access the server's chat channels - Is there a list somewhere?

There are no world wide chat channels on P1999 as those were introduced later in the Timeline (i think in Luclin?).

The only channels you have are the zone wide channels /ooc /shout and /auction, but i guess you already knew that.

Dawn believers is still the best guild for a new player. In there you can find someone to group with any lvl and any time of day. or just to chat. also there are zones that always have ppl like unrest, mm, com, kc, and seb, and portal hub OT / WC, but yea ec is rly the only place where ppl go to afk / hang out. Unless you mean raiding.
