West coast guild?

I am curious to see if there is a casual raiding guild that runs off a West coast time frame or one that is active during the night say around/after 9-10pm est and noob friendly? Zaiv, Paradigm Shift has a solid west coast presence (several officers and a good group of members) that live on the West Coast. Check us out at p99ps.com, or shoot me a tell in game (Baylan). We raid pretty much all content by ourselves and with some smart alliances, but don’t require anyone to raid. I was a total noob raider when I joined PS, and am now regularly asked to step into different roles depending on what we need as a guild.
