Cannibalize 2 quest broken

Just finished turning in the quest items to The Great Oowamp and after you turn them in, he just eats them and doesnt give you the scroll.

Got a petition in game :)

The alchemy combine doesn't seem to work at the moment:

*I purchased a Dufrenite in PoK, handed it into the Gem Cutter Skeleton in Dreadlands (I found him standing out in the open- not inside a pyramid.. he is easily trackable), while he was charmed of course, and he gave me a dread diamond (No-Drop (small detail, not the case atm, it's Lore))-- which I combined in my Medicine Bag with the Spectral Pestle (No-Drop) that I looted off of the first Spectral Guardian I saw in Kaesora and since my Alchemy skill is at 100 atm- I had no problem making the Crushed Dread Diamond I needed.


This part is not working. Just saying "You cannot combine these items in this container type".
