I have one for sale. However, I am unsure of the faction needed. I will see if I can find any posts that reveal if its like the Gnarled Staff.

Just need indifferent. Get amiable just to be safe if you want. I just did this mq recently and it worked perfectly. Easiest way to level it up is with tiny gem from shm epic. Good luck! .
