What is the optimal muffin to milk ratio?

I keep seeing people tell me to buy muffins, because they are something like .1 weight. However they are just a snack.

To be quite frank, I don't think I like the idea of going through snacks to milk at a 3:1 ratio.

I do believe a healthier "This is a meal" is in order.

Food doesn't work that way in P99. Snacks last the same amount of time as meals, are just much cheaper.

I usually fill a full 8 oz glass with 2% cold milk for each muffin I eat (8, I eat 8 in one sitting)

My God, I had forgotten all about these until your post jogged my memory. I am not even sure you meant the cereal, but regardless - thank you. These things are so full of flavor, like almost too much so, but are quite the experience.

Those chocolate muffins are still left untouched in the back of my fridge.

However, I have switched to muffins in game at a 1:1 ratio as suggested. I prefer my characters stay hydrated.
