more AC, +dex for procs and archery

15hp will not do anything for you unless you are lev 1, you can snare kite with a bow just about any mob that you can land a snare on, so 15 extra hp (or 30) is just wasted if the mobs don't even hit you.

Always bet on health. DEX wont do shit for you. Procs get you killed and unless you are trueshot discing that small increase in crit chance wont help you much
