Dagger of the White Rose... missing?

This is an admittedly lazy bug report as I have not checked this NPC myself, but seeing as how there is almost no information on this item on ZAM or google or P99, perhaps it was missed. If not, please move to resolved.

Apparently the Halas rogue guildmaster (Dun McDowell) wields a dagger with the 'sai' graphic like the vulak dagger. It's a piece of crap basically, but good FashionQuest (maybe some pre-kunark value).

Crazz told us about some website he saw where they killed the Rogue GM with the unique dagger. But apparently those cacksuggers wouldn't post the stats. So I bring to you the infamous raid of Halas

Ever wonder why with such a limited selection of unique dagger graphics in the entire game they choose to stick one on some out-of-the-way GM the majority of EQ players will never see?

Last link shows it being wielded and having the Sai graphic.

Apparently BST was listed at this time prior to Luclin launch. Unsure if dagger was in since release? Note that Dun McDowell is wearing chainmail, I have seen other pics of him in leather. Not sure what he has on P99.

Please note that it looks like this item was apparently removed later and made into some kind of quest for a 'progression dagger' that got more powerful as you moved through expansions, but that sounded like a PoP thing. I'm pretty sure it should drop with stats listed above for the entirety of P99 timeline.

For your information I do play the game and test most things myself, but when it comes to raid mobs and higher level encounters I can't solo then I cannot. Searching "Dagger of the White Rose" on P99 forums yields exactly 2 results now: this thread and a 2012 thread with a similar item "Serrated Dagger of the White Rose".

So I was doubtful it was in the game at all and felt this was warranted (unlike your attitude).

There are two versions of this item that exist in the database.

One is a 6/20 dagger that looks like a rusty dagger. ROG/BAR only.

The second is a 8/24 with minor stats that has a different graphic. BAR/TRL/OGR/IKS and also has WAR attached to it. It would probably have BST as well but a query long ago likely removed BST.

So, I'm not sure what to do with this.

It's possible that Dun McDowell used the 6/20 rusty model prior to work on beastlords (velious?), in which they changed his equipped weapon to the 8/24.
