He has indeed spawned, since I'm wearing the shield he drops, and I'm not the only one.

How *often* he spawns, however, is a great unknown.

He does indeed spawn, dropping the Scute Shield rarely. My brother hunted him over the course of a few weeks and got a shield for my paladin.

I have not seen him spawn. But then again, i camped him for weeks in original EQ and never saw him spawn. He is an elusive little critter!!

Nilbog, how about you up that spawn rate for pity's sake???? I would really like to see him once before i die. You can take his loot away, i just want to see him :)
