Binding in CoM

Does not seem to work? According to This link I should be able to as a melee(as provided by Uthgaard on the forums already when I was searching for the bug to make sure I wasn't duplicating a thread).

Is it just me then? Been searching the forums, no one else mentioned this at all. I tried binding inside and outside and then zoning and doing it again, could someone tell me if I'm bugged or this isn't something that launched with Kunark so I can stop trying?
