I have logged out and back in several times. restarted client multiple times and even tried logging in over a VPN connection into the office. No luck. Can someone help?

at a hotel where it shows my speed is 10mbs up and down

while at home, where i havent had much issue, i have 3.5 up and 0.5 down

occasionally able to make it to server select (1 out of 25 times) and disconnected once i select server

Same. It's an issue on their side (whoever runs the login) and not ours.

It is loginserver and not p99 server so posting in here will do absolutely nothing

Getting this same error right now while trying to log in. I was able to make it to character select the first time I logged in this morning but then crashed to desktop and now getting this error whenever I try to log into P99 Blue. I can go to character select of every other server listed but Blue always throws this error.
