Ohhhhhh man that's gross.... I feel like there is a difference between canned chicken, and chicken in a can..... That... is chicken in a can... or was, it's on a plate now clearly.

As far as bugs go, Crickets look relatively sanitary.

I've never had one, but I'd consider it.

Crickets are like, the highest protein food on the planet.

Hardcore keto diet here. I had chicken with brussel sprouts fried in bacon fat. I also supplement with vitamin K2, D3, and a multivitamin lacking vit A and E.

Diets are overrated. I've always eaten whatever I want and never get fat.

Eat whatever you like, just don't go overboard.

Eat whatever you like, just don't go overboard.

That depends radically on body type, activity level, and age.

Ectomorphs don't gain fat or muscle easy and can basically eat whatever they want.

Many people have a metabolism like that in their 20s but not 40-50's

and if you have always been very active and never fat, you get away with eating more/less healthy.

Yea my metabolism has definitely slowed after 30. Used to be in underweight range though it wasn't just from metabolism.

Activity doesn't have much impact either IMO. The amount of calories you can burn being very active is not that significant, unless you're doing like hours of intensive cardio every day. And generally that isn't good for your body either.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's better to just eat the foods you crave in moderation than try to avoid them entirely.

I'm bulking right through the summer!! However i've never had the plums to go full bulk. My idea of bulking is just ignoring serving sizes :) I still eat the same stuff.

How do hide the bottom fat pouch?

You don't hide the frontal fat pouch. You show it with pride. You are a bold and beautiful man. If people don't appreciate your thiccness they are bigots and probably Hitler.

How do hide the bottom fat pouch?

With a muscle fanny pack?

Just get a tattoo of a zipper on your little tummy pooch. And maybe like an 80's color nike swoosh.

Yogurt
Can of tuna w/ olive oil
Spaghetti... too much spaghetti
3 cookies plus the one I’m not admitting to.
Split a 3oz bag of Cheetos
Rockstar Punched.

So basically I plan to be 300 lbs by the end of year.

70+250+600?+400+300+260... eh 1880ish cal. That’s not bad.

You never just wake up fat after a few weeks of bad eating.

Just like you can't wake up slim after a few weeks of exercise.

Both these states take time.

You don't need to rush unless you are motivated to. You can take a break and eat a few cookies a day and gentile exercise etc.. and might not even gain any weight. But, you probably won't lose any either.

Motivation goes in cycles. Just be confident the motivation will come back around and try not to be back to square one when it does.

This is why everyone that is in great shape is not going ham at the gym all the time, cheats on their diet periodically, and doesn't really know exactly what to tell people that want to look like them...

They just kept at a relatively active and healthy lifestyle for like 3-5 years. Some of those days were intense, some where not. You just have to know yourself and how to keep yourself motivated enough not to backslide too hard.

Or you can take steroids and work out like a freak for 9 months...crash...rinse and repeat until your body gets too old to handle it. That's what a lot of people in Hollywood seem to do.

Thanks for the advice, JD. I wanna start running before the end of summer... I’m just dead on motivation lately.

For some reason, everyone is cool with eating bugs from the ocean. But land dwelling bugs are considered gross.

For breakfast I had a couple cups of decaff medium roast(caffeine gives me a heart attack), and some oatmeal with blueberries. Then more coffee.

Do you eat the green part in the lobster tho?

My whole family is from new england, and I've heard mixed reactions about eating the green shit. Some say its the best part, some wont even look at it.
