I have seen lots of numbers for what this actually does.

Mana regen = ???
HP regen = ???

Those who know elighten me!

60 druid, no other buffs

4 base health regen standing
1 base mana regen standing

17 health regen standing with spirit of oak
5 mana regen standing with spirit of oak

7 base health regen sitting
21 base mana regen sitting

20 health regen sitting with spirit of oak
25 mana regen sitting with spirit of oak

confirmed each for 10 ticks. Looks like 13 health regen, 4 mana regen. Slightly different from wiki.

Also doesn't stack with POTG. So, it's 100% useless. You'd have to click off POTG to get one more mana regen per tick, then recast POTG afterwards.
