2GB RAM notebook -

I've acquired a notebook with only 2GB RAM. The previous owner had upgraded to win10 and obviously it doesn't run great.

Would it be worth downgrading to win7 by revert?

AFAIK the ram is already fully extended (according to manufacturer).

My only reservation is win7 support ends 2020.

If I tabula rasa a fresh win 10 may it run better? Would I then lose the option to retrofrade to 7?

PoE reference? I recommend win 7 64bit professional.
You won't be able to reap the benefits of win 10 on that laptop by the sounds of things.

What are it's other specs? hdd? cpu/gpu?
