All OT vendors are "greedy", so if you care about the duckets, you are better off just running to the LOIO windmill to sell. For resupply of consumables, I recommend having a porter to ground transfer, or an iksar mule for food and such.

There are a tonne of vendors outside cabalis. I used to use them on jimjam. Obviously avoid legionnaires and crusaders with your stealth skills.

I always used the vendor in OT by the pond. It's near the zoneline, so not super far.

Iksar vendor at pond is greedy and in OT, but it's close to WW and i think she sells to everyone. Afaik she also sells food and bandages.
