Help! Errorcode sp-1

I cannot seem to solve the errorcode sp-1 problem on the character selection screen. I have turned off my firewall, re-installed, patched and saved it to the C:/Everquest location. I cannot find anything else to try if someone could help me out I would be eternally grateful.

Try extracting the Project 1999 Files (V45) (http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files45.zip) over your install again

So I got the sp-1 code to dissappear but then the D-2 code appeared. The. I realized that the Dsetup.dll was not patching. Macafee was pulling it every time. If anyone has problems with any install I suggest looking at your antivirus. It can pull it without giving you any notice. I had to go search for it and as soon as I replaced it I was able to see the character creation screen. However unfortunately for me my power source failed just as I got to that point so gotta get that fixed before I am playing. Thanks for the tip Kavious!
