password problem

I am a first time player to EQ1999 and I did everything the instructions told me to do and everything works, right up until it asks to log in. It does not recognize my password. I did change it BEFORE trying the game, because I did not remember already registering to this site. So I had one sent to me to get in and then changed it. I could use some help. Thank you.

Forum account credentials are not used to log into a game account. Sounds like maybe thats what your trying to do?

Upper left corner of the main site has game account options

Hey i am having the same issue. I have created 3 different login server accounts (i know the difference between the forum and server) but it still isn't working. Is there a wait period once I sign up?

So im having an issue remember my password. I signed up back in 2014, and I had a different phone number then. When I tried to reset, it must be going to that other phone number I have on file. I have my email and user name, just needed to changed my password. Any ideas on how to get past this?

I'm in the same boat RedPainStain. Signed up in maybe 2010, last login 2013. I have a character I'd like to resurrect but can't remember my account name/password. Is there a way to retrieve those?
