It is actually quite good, specially when you need to relax.

I have found that when I am anxious, stressing out via other means, actually deflates my original tension.

I am listening to some of it due to high anxiety because I have to travel to a country that is on the verge of becoming a failed state in a few days on business and I really need to relax.:)

Right now worrying about airport transport, dont want to get robbed on the way in or out and need to smuggle some american dollars in my shoes or underwear, but those are the first places the local militia searches first.

Kinda blows, but meh.
