Not swinging even with auto attack on?

Running into a weird issue where i randomly dont swing at mobs even while auto attack is on. Sometimes swapping weapons in and out helps fix it but its pretty hit or miss. Any idea why this might be?

I've been experiencing this too - might be related to zone desyncing, so far I've only experienced it when there are tons of people in one zone. One time it corrected itself after toggling my UI off and back on, another time stuff was completely messed up and mob health bars also weren't updating and I had to camp out and back in.

this has always happened on p99 as far as i can tell. Hopefully it gets fixed one day

if you have a target YYYY and do a /target XXXX and XXXX is not in zone/range or fail to target, you bug, your target is now invisible XXXX and not YYYY even thought it shows YYYY. Quick fix retarget YYYY

Been experiencing this a lot lately, although have been able to correct it each time by clearing my target, and retarting the mob. It seems especially common if you initially target with an Eye of Zomm.

Possibly related, I have also noticed the target's HP frequently not being updated until I retarget, but this is happening without using Eye of Zomm.
