Ring 9 MQ - What I am MQing is Ring 8 in with YOUR Completed Box (full of heads and dagger) in order to receive the Ring 9 from Dain.

Ring 10 MQ - Im out of narandi heads to MQ so what I am doing is starting the war for you, turning in the Ring 9 and you turning in the head in order to receive Ring 10.
(Due to complications recently, YOU must provide the raid force for this)

Do you have to control the army if you MQ 9th ring? Or is there a way so the person purchasing can control it? Sorry, not interested in purchase but was just wondering for clarification.

I would assume the guy who turns in the note to one of the coldain guys before the mobs start spawning is the only one who can command them. Im not certain.

This is accurate. Whoever does the turn ins controls the dwarves, but need not loot the head.

The head is simply for the items at the end and actual turn in for Ring 10
