Traded 2 CB Belts to him and nothing. No exp. No faction

I logged out, came back gave 2 more belts to him and BOOM exp and faction... what gives .. ive lost So So many belts like this

I think I know what is breaking this. Will have to ponder on the fix.

Ya it happened again.. Gave Canloe 2 belts.. nothing.. Logged and gave 2 belts and worked...

From now on YES i will log out before a turn in....

Make sure you're actually turning in 2 crushbone belts. The orcs will sometimes drop leather belts that have the same graphic as the crushbone belts. Also the reward from the quest sometimes give leather belts.
