shimmering sea spirit

so i have seen and spawned this guy in many different spawn points, but this spot where i probably killed the most phs (were talking hundreds here) out of all my sessions has yet to spawn him.

has anyone ever seen him at these locations? Did i waste alot of time ?

I've noticed that as well. He only spawns in a few spots. I've killed many seahorses as well, and yet fellspine always pops in same spot.

I’ve seen the SSS once at the right side of that temple.

it finally happened. i guess he can spawn anywhere. brad bless
