The skeletons in the bar in Paineel should all be either dancing or playing instruments, currently they are just standing around being boring. I found an August 2001 screenshot of this amazing part of classic history here:

Some other differences to note:
-Lolenton / Archenm / Loleluz are bleached skeleton models on P99, but should be bloody skeletons like Kelkarn (Not pictured but would assume Gernatis is as well)
-Position of Arms suggests Kelkarn should be playing Lute animation (on P99 his arms rest down at his hips)
-Lolenton should play flute animation
-Archenm should be dancing (I believe Loleluz & Gernatis should be doing so as well based on evidence below)
-Don't believe names should be pictured overhead (classic for old world skeleton models)
Relative Loc: 936, 842, -78 in Paineel
While these changes may seem trivial, a lot of people loved this little flare about Paineel. Some further information to back up this screenshot:

Has anyone ever gotten a response out of Taltlros the cruel? And in the bar with the dancing skeletons the barkeep offers to sell you a Shar Vahl artifact for 1000 pp anyone know what it is? ( before i drop 1k pp out of curiosity)

He's one of the skeleton Musicians that play in the bar far back in Paineel. I don't remember any of them responding to hails, but I'd still try; I could be wrong =)

(note you can make new newbie characters to explore different
zones, where your main character is KoS)

The tall pines in Surefall Glade.
The flying saucer Temple of Life in Qeynos.

it has little things that
make it interesting (like the skeletal musicians in the bar).
I love the dark feel of Neriak and Paineel. These two feel like
sister cities to me. In Paineel, I love the dancing skeletons in the
bar. The libary has a ghoul libary assistant. All the ghosts
floating around and moaning. If you arn't actauly from Paineel it
can be spooky.

(WARNING - Do NOT attack Hetorzuz or Lidozarnn inside the entrance to The Abbatoir. If you do, you will be aggroed by Kelkarn (the Accursed Bard) and his drinking buddies, the Dancing Skeletons (Archenm, Gernatis, Loleluz and Loleton). All five are level 50)
While the above is out of era, it still states specifically that all the skeletons besides Kelkarn dance (intervals must have been staggered / random, hence not viewed in the screenshot).
Here's to hoping this is not a difficult fix and can really add to the classic flare of P99!
