Slow/Fast running client [Archive]

All day now my client has been running EXTREMELY slow for periods of time, then EXTREMELY fast for periods of time. It may work okay for a bit, but after maybe 20 minutes it'll go back to running super slow again. I've tried reseting my router and nothing seems to help. Anyone had this problem before?

look in my signature. use the All In One Installer and pick Option (5) to fix the issue.
