First they were on a huge raid suspension. Then they reform and get to raid again?

Renamed to Tempest in an attempt to rebrand themselves / evade their awful reputation. Read their raid suspension thread for an explanation as to why they can raid again.

So if they reform and transfer DKP or whatever they use how is this not Awakened.2.0

Weird way to get out of suspension.

Maybe 1 officer stepped down and 1 new one was made.

The suspension was not reduced because they reformed with new leadership and a new name (this would not allow you to avoid a raid suspension). It was reduced because their new leadership made a deal with Aftermath with regard to the specific dispute/petition which led to their suspension.

Disputes are typically handled in this way before ever involving the staff to avoid petitions (generally the offending guild concedes x number of spawns to the bereaved guild), however Awakened's previous leadership had a unique (bold) strategy of just rolling the dice with the staff instead of conceding mobs to resolve disputes quickly.

It is Awakened.

Did you not read the thread I told you to go read? It's explained there.

It was a pretty gnarly critical roll fail if you think about it.

*Rolls dice*

DM: "You rolled a 1. 40 day ban. Lose guild."

Sirken teleports behind you "Nothing personal kid"

LMAO, this is awesome. We always played "fumble/fail" rolls on a natural 1 die roll in D&D, from 1st through 4th editions, always.

Reminds me of the US government making decisions based on cutting a chicken's head off on a roulette wheel and where it lands the decision is made

It would have been smarter if they bought out a current guild shark tank style. They would have two pronged it:

1. Its less suspicious
2. It would make it look like a little guy had a chance to be a real guild

Had they got suspended again it would've just been faster to level new characters on fresh accounts to get into raiding.

they habitually stepped over the line and were angle shooters in regards to the server rules and play nice policy - just the same way aftermath plays...

surprised its just the one guild gone

Next ban will only be 30 days instead of 50...

I hope no one is stupid or foolish enough to think this will actually change anything.

Reading the raid suspensions, I'd say Aftermath and Awakened have the same reputation.
