I know this has been asked a ton but thread searches have inconsistent data and it feels like the wiki information is inaccurate.
I know burnout one has a shorter duration. Wiki says burnout 2 is supposed to scale up to nearly 15 minutes with burnout 3 and 4 being a flat 15 minutes duration. I am close to 49 on my mage. Can I expect a full 15 minutes from my burnout 3? Or does anyone have accurate spell duration information?
