what weapons to use soloing a monk 1-52

Weapons got IFS and SoS/Jace Mace

Soloing, to level fastest from 1 to 52, what weapons should i use during different levels? Is it like 1-20 dual wield, 21-40 IFS, 41-50 dual wield?

All you can really benefit from is epic MQ/carry asap

What you have will easily get you to lvl 60, so why not pick up the epic ASAP and click that haste up?

Jade mace / sos better up to about 30, when IFS will be good until like high 40's / 50, then back to jade mace / sos

I think 2 sos is better from 30 until sometime in the 40s

Any of those weapons will melt sub-50 mobs like butter. Especially in classic zones. They were not tuned for .5+ ratio weapons.
