Can't say i have ever killed this guy but all the resources say that killing an aqua goblin scrafice will spawn him. Its not every time buy just killed 5 in a row no Dino. Anyone else seen this?

I did that when I first went to that camp. This was back when the server had less douchebags and when someone came to check on the camp instead of jacking it from me, they told me the correct spawn.
