noticed greatly increased resist rates on enchanter dots since new spell file was installed and live server back up.
Choke and shallow breath getting resisted completely over 50% of the time on blue con mobs that were previously resisting almost never.
Level 12 enchanter vs. wisps and other WC mobs.
Just something for you to check out as you look at fixes. Thanks
